I have always lived an active lifestyle but it wasn’t until August 2014, after the birth of my second son when I realized that losing the extra baby weight was going to be a lot harder the second time around.
That’s when I decided to finally accept an invitation from a friend to try CrossFit and was hooked from the start and my enthusiasm for the sport has only grown.
What started out as a way for me to lose stubborn baby weight ended up being so much more.
CrossFit became my passion and an opportunity to serve and motivate others. In January 2016 I received my CrossFit Level 1 and started coaching.
Since then my passion has increased exponentially for teaching and helping others achieve their goals and do the unimaginable.
I graduated with an Associates degree in psychology in 2012 from Arizona Western College, my husband and I own and operate our own business, Budget Blinds of Yuma County. Together we have three young boys that keep us on our toes and a “mini horse” aka Italian mastiff who thinks he’s a lap dog.
If I’m not coaching or working out, you’ll find me in the aisles of Target shopping with my three kiddos in tow or taking horizontal life pauses any chance I get.
