CrossFit

Our CrossFit group classes consist of strength training and metabolic conditioning. The WOD is ussually 1 hour long and is programmed  on a daily basis. This program changes everyday to provide maximum results to our members.

Olympic Weightlifting

Our Olympic Weightlifting program is offered through our Weightlifting Club and includes both introductory and advanced training. It focuses on classic Olympic lifts and movements.

Hidden Valley Juniors

Hidden Valley Juniors is a program dedicated to teaching preteens the fundamentals of good movement through developing mechanics and consistency. HVJ uses fun, innovative training techniques to encourage healthy and safe activity for 10-12 year olds as they prepare for advanced fitness training. Classes will consist of a coach led warm-up, skill session, workout and cool down. Juniors and parents can expect some weight training in addition to body weight movements, as the athlete shows confidence.

Hidden Valley Kids

Hidden Valley Kids is a program dedicated to teaching kids ages 5-9 the fundamentals of good movement through developing sound mechanics and consistency. HVK uses fun, innovative training techniques to encourage healthy, safe activity for growing kids. Classes will consist of a coach led warm-up, skill session, workout catered to the age group, and game. Kids and parents can expect minimal equipment, with the focus on functional movement and enjoying a healthy lifestyle.
